Questions Before the Vault

ARE YOUR STONES REAL?

Yes. Every stone is natural and ethically sourced unless the listing states it is lab-grown. Some natural stones are heat-treated or stabilised, which is standard practice in fine jewellery. The product page tells you exactly what you are buying.

ARE YOUR METALS GENUINE?

Yes. We use S925 sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil, and platinum-plated finishes. Each listing states the exact metal and plating. Vermeil means a thick layer of real gold over solid silver, not costume plating.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?

Measure the inside circumference of a ring you already wear in millimetres, then check our size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, size up. Still unsure, write to info@mysticaleden.com and we will help.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery takes 12 to 50 business days depending on your country. You receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Customs and import duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on your country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Bespoke commissions and customised pieces are final sale. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

WHAT IF MY PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Email info@mysticaleden.com within 7 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

EU customers are covered by a two-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear, tarnishing, and damage from misuse are not covered.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes. Visit our Bespoke page and send us your enquiry. Every commission is handled personally and treated with discretion.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Keep pieces away from water, perfume, and lotion. Store them dry, in the box they came in or a soft pouch. Clean silver with a polishing cloth. Do not soak gold vermeil. Worn well, your pieces last decades.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Every order arrives in Mystical Eden packaging, ready to give. If you want the order shipped without a price receipt or with a personal note, mention it at checkout or email us after ordering.
