REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in every piece you receive from Mystical Eden.
RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND
EU consumers have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a refund, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To start a refund, email info@mysticaleden.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photograph of the piece showing the issue or condition.
In most cases, we do not require you to ship the piece back. Once we review your request, we issue your refund directly. This is faster for you and reduces shipping waste.
CONDITIONS
Refunds are issued for unworn pieces, pieces that arrived damaged, or pieces that do not match their description.
We may refuse a refund where the piece shows clear signs of wear, has been altered, or where photographic evidence does not support the claim.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and cannot be refunded except where they arrive damaged or do not match their description.
Bespoke commissions.
Customised or engraved pieces.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Sale or final-clearance pieces marked as such.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@mysticaleden.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank processing times vary.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including the two-year EU warranty against manufacturing defects.
