PROCESSING TIME

Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Each piece is inspected and packaged by hand before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery takes 12 to 50 business days depending on your country. Tracked shipping is available at checkout. Once your piece is on its way, you will receive tracking by email.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by customs, postal delays, or events outside our control.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customs and import duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, email info@mysticaleden.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
